Bertramka farmhouse

Mozart stayed at Bertramka during his visits to Prague in 1787 and 1791. It is now a museum. Bertramka was purchased by Franti?ek Du?ek and his wife Josefa Du?ková in 1784; Josefa was a fine singer and both were Mozart's friends. He completed the score for Don Giovanni while staying there before its Prague premiere. This view shows Bertramka in snow, on a January day.
